Each member brings an invaluable blend of expertise, passion, and commitment, collectively guiding us toward achieving the organization's ambitious vision. 

Our unified aim is to uplift and empower Latina women, nurturing their personal and professional advancement. The unique talents and collective dedication of our team are pivotal in advancing ELLA's mission. Together, we are committed to creating a significant and lasting impact in the lives of Latina leaders and their communities; and strive to realize the vision of this extraordinary organization.

 Empowering Latina Leaders Affirmation (ELLA) a 501c3 non-profit was founded in response to the notable omission of Latin women's achievements in various spheres. Along with lack of recognition and mentorship. The organization's creation was fueled by the need to address this disparity and provide a platform for Latina women to flourish. ELLA aims to promote a supportive environment that enables Latinas to tap into their full potential, overcome obstacles, and emerge as influential leaders within their communities. With a clear vision, ELLA seeks to see Latina women occupying leadership roles, making substantial contributions, and serving as inspiring role models. The organization envisions a society that not only recognizes but amplifies the voices and talents of Latina leaders, driving positive change and embracing their unique perspectives.
