The Empowering Latina Leaders Affirmation (ELLA) is thrilled to announce that nominations for the prestigious Latina Poderosa Leadership Award are officially open! This award is a celebration of the inspiring achievements and contributions of Latina leaders who are making a significant impact within our communities. 

To be eligible for this honor, nominees must:

* Be of Hispanic or Latina heritage.
* Reside or work in Central Massachusetts, North Central Massachusetts, or Western Massachusetts. 

We are looking for outstanding individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment to community empowerment, and have made a positive change in any of the following areas:

* Leadership
* Entrepreneurship
* Mentorship
* Personal and Professional Growth

12 winners will be unveiled on February 23, 2024. Furthermore, honorees will be celebrated at our grand ELLA Poderosa Summit, set to take place on March 9, 2024. This event will be a vibrant celebration of the achievements, leadership, and positive impact of Latina women in our community.
