 As we honor the tradition of Three Kings Day, let's gather to recognize and celebrate our true selves and our rich Latin heritage with keynote speaker, Fabiola Mendez. This event is a unique opportunity to embrace our identities, “Latinidad” and empower one another.

• Latinas establish small businesses at a rate six times faster than any other group in America.
• Every 30 seconds, a Latino individual reaches the age of 18.
• By 2060, 1 in 3 women in the USA will be Latina.
• Latinas have the highest high school dropout rate of any race/ethnicity (except American Indian, Alaska Native women)
• Did you know that Latina accounts for nearly One Trillion in US buying power? 
• Latina makes $0.57 for every dollar made by white non-Hispanic / Latin men

 Despite these compelling statistics, Latina women demonstrate remarkable fearlessness and resilience, yet they continue to be undervalued and underrepresented. This is precisely why we launched this much-needed and essential organization.
